Red Meat and Red Leather

I went to a great steak house with my family last night. If I still lived in Minnesota, I would definitely make Mancini's my ironic late-night hang out. The place is enormous, there are red leather (pleather?) couches and plenty of ashtrays in the lounge, pull tabs in the bar, giant mirrors on the walls surrounded by gold lights, and pictures of faded sports and music celebrities on the walls. I felt like either Frank Sinatra or a mob boss was going to walk in at any moment. I also felt a little out of place drinking a glass of white wine. A highball or at the very least a gin martini would have been more appropriate.
